All new patients begin with a $50 consultation (60-minute video or in-person visit) before selecting a membership tier. We believe high-touch, ongoing menopause care should be transparent, accessible, and free of insurance red tape.
Predictable Monthly Membership Tiers
Most women do exceptionally well on Essential or Comprehensive. Entry and mid tiers include optional additional visits and a 3-month prepay discount. Cancel anytime with 10 days' notice.
Essential
3-month prepay discount available
Ideal for women on established, stable bioidentical estrogen and progesterone regimens who need steady refill management and ongoing portal access.
Comprehensive
Required tier for Testosterone Therapy
Designed for women navigating active perimenopause symptoms, starting new therapies, or taking testosterone requiring close clinical oversight.
Concierge
Highest clinical access
For women who want the highest level of provider access, frequent check-ins, expedited communication, and maximum visit flexibility.
HSA / FSA & Insurance
We accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA debit cards. While monthly memberships are direct-pay, prescriptions and blood tests typically run through your insurance, and superbills are provided upon request.
Referral Rewards
For every friend or colleague who joins The Menopause Clinic, both of you receive $25 off your membership for that month. There is no limit on referral credits.
10-Day Notice Cancellation
We never lock you into inflexible long-term contracts. Memberships can be canceled simply by messaging our team with 10 days' notice prior to your next billing cycle.
Federal Medicare & Medicaid Compliance Notice
Due to strict federal healthcare regulations, The Menopause Clinic cannot enter into private membership agreements with individuals who are enrolled in Medicare (Part A or B) or Medicaid, even if the patient desires to pay completely out of pocket.
