In compliance with medical licensing laws, clinical services are currently available exclusively to women who are physically located within the state of Louisiana at the exact time of the telehealth or in-person visit.

Immediately after booking, you will receive an email containing your secure OptiMantra portal link and required digital medical intake questionnaires.
Important Pre-Appointment Protocol:
Appointments are not fully confirmed until intake paperwork is completed at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit. This ensures our clinicians can thoroughly review your history before stepping into the room.

Payment & Transparent Pricing
Standard insurance models typically force providers into rushed 10–15 minute visits. By operating as a direct-pay concierge practice, our providers spend a full 60 minutes with you.
- • We accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA & FSA debit cards.
- • We gladly provide an itemized superbill upon request for you to submit to your insurance carrier for out-of-network reimbursement.
- • Initial labs typically range between $50–$120 cash-pay (or run through your insurance), and follow-up panels are often around $50.
