Federal Compliance Note: Due to federal regulations, The Menopause Clinic cannot enter into private membership agreements with patients enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid, even if the patient desires to pay out of pocket.
Insurance & Payment: We are an out-of-network, cash-pay specialty clinic and do not participate directly with insurance plans. Some patients choose to submit a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Labs and medications are often covered separately by insurance. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, though eligibility does not mean the clinic accepts insurance or guarantees any reimbursement.
